CANCELLATION
1. If you cancelled the online consultation request order (can only be done up to 6 hours prior to already schedule time), cancellation charge of 25% will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account in 7 business days.
2. In the event that Dr. Amar Parasa is unable to provide Services at Online Consultation request scheduled by you, a reschedule will be initiated or full refund will be refunded to your account in 7 business days.
3. If you didn’t show up on the scheduled time your appointment will be cancelled in 5 minutes of your scheduled time and no refund will be given.RESCHEDULE
1. Rescheduling your appointment can be done only upto 6 hours prior to the scheduled time. ONE rescheduling (1st Time) is allowed without any extra charge.
2. If you rescheduled the booked appointment for the 2nd time 300 INR will be charged in addition to what you have already paid at the time of booking.
3. If the reschedule is done by Dr. Amar Parasa, you will receive prior e-mail asking your next convenient time and date without any extra charge from you.
4. Amarayur.com checks the details and process the refund where applicable, solely at its discretion.
5. After a refund request is processed, the money will be refunded to the user in 7 working days.
6. Amarayur.com reserves its sole discretion right for final decision on the basis of above said refund policy.
7. The Terms & Conditions of refund and the relationship between user and Amarayur.com will be governed by the laws as applicable in India.
8. Any disputes will be handled in competent courts of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
